How to Make the Toilet Paper Roll Dinosaur

What you need: 

• printable template (optional)
• pencil
• scissors
• glue stick
• paper roll
• white paper
• color paper (two shades of green)
• markers (black and green)

Step by Step Tutorial

Start this craft by cutting out the template.

The Body

Cut a piece of green paper to wrap it around the roll.

Stick the paper on the roll.

The Legs

Trace the legs of the T-Rex on darker green paper.

The Head and Tail

Now trace the mouth and the tail on lighter green paper.

The Eyes

Trace the eyes on white paper.

Cut them out.

Draw eyeballs in the eyes with a black marker.

The Teeth and Nostrils

Cut small triangles for teeth from white paper.

Draw its nostrils on the nose with a black marker.

Glue the teeth on the mouth.

You can draw dots on the dinosaur’s face.

Bend the teeth so that they stand down.

The Body Dots

You can also draw more dots on the body to make it look more realistic.

Don’t forget to add more dots to the legs.

Glue the face to the body.

Go ahead and add the eyeballs to the dinosaur.

Add the legs onto the dinosaur.

The Tail

The tail is the final addition to the body! You can make the tail longer or shorter.
