How to Make a Unicorn Paper Roll Craft
What you need:
- Paper roll
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Black marker
- Pencil
- White, yellow, orange, pink, blue, green papers
Step by Step Directions
The Unicorn’s Body
Cut a piece of white paper the size of a roll.
Glue it to the roll.
The Ears
On white paper, draw two triangles as ears and cut them out.
On the pink paper, draw two smaller triangles.
Glue them into the white tabs.
Then glue them on top of the roll.
Make sure you glue them to the inside.
The Eyes and Mouth
Draw the eyes and mouth of the unicorn.
The Cheeks
Draw two tiny hearts on pink paper.
Cut them out, and glue them on the face.
The Mane and Tail
Cut out thin strips of colored paper, longer for the tail, shorter for the mane.
Cut the green paper.
We like the tail and the mane to be colorful, so continue with the blue paper.
We’re gonna add some orange stripes.
And some yellow too.
As well as the pink ones.
Now start gluing the tail together.
We like to curl the ends to make a wavy shape lightly.
Glue the mane between the two ears.
The Horn
Draw the unicorn’s horn on yellow paper, and cut it out.
Glue the horn behind the mane.
Trim up the hair on the unicorn.
Draw 4 legs on white paper, and cut them out.
Draw the hooves with a black marker.
Color the hooves with a pencil, then glue them to the unicorn’s body.
The legs of the unicorn should stick out the front, as seen in the picture.
Put together the tail, like you did the mane earlier.
Curl the tail with a pair of scissors.
Finally, glue the tail.
Make sure it peeks to the front, so you can see the tail when looking directly at the unicorn.
