Thanksgiving is almost here, so this Turkey Pinecone Craft is a fun idea to have at hand.
This turkey is easy to bring to life using a pinecone, construction paper, and googly eyes.

How to Make the Turkey Pinecone Craft
What you need:
- printable template
- color papers (brown, red, orange, and yellow)
- scissors
- pencil
- glue
- pinecone
- moving eyes
Step by Step Tutorial
Print out the template and then cut it out.
The Head and the Wings
Draw the turkey’s head and wings on brown paper.
The Feet and the Beak
Draw the beak and legs on orange paper.
The Wattle
Draw the skin hanging from the beak on red paper and cut it out.
Attach the wattle to the beak.
Glue the wattle and the beak on the head.
Glue on the googly eyes of the turkey.
The Feathers
Cut two strips of red paper.
Cut out two strips of orange paper.
Now cut out two strips of yellow paper.
Bend the strips in half and glue the ends together.
Apply glue on the bottom part.
Glue the bent strips together alternately like a fan.
All six of them.
Glue the turkey head onto the pinecone.
Go ahead and glue the feet onto the pinecone.
Glue the wings onto the turkey.
Now take the feathers and apply glue to the bottom.
Glue it to the back of the turkey.
Use the turkey as the centerpiece on Thanksgiving day!
