How to Make Toilet Paper Roll Peacock
What you need:
- Paper roll,
- printable template (optional)
- Light and dark blue
- Yellow
- Orange and green construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Pencil
- Black marker
Step-by-Step Tutorial
You are about to make the most adorable peacock you’ll ever see! Kids love making this peacock because it’s so simple to do.
Cut out the templates.
Cut a strip of blue paper that wraps around the toilet paper roll and stick it on.
Cut out the wings and face of the bird.
Use orange paper to draw on and cut out the beak and feet of the bird.
Use the template to cut out the peacock’s feathers.
Draw around the eyes of the peacock’s tail.
You can do this on the on yellow, the light, and the dark blue paper.
Cut out the holes and glue them together, then glue on the end of the peacock’s tail.
Draw around the eyes on the yellow paper, draw black dots in the middle of the eyes, and cut it out.
Go ahead and glue the peacock’s tail onto the toilet paper roll.
Stick the eyes on the peacock’s head and then the head on top of the toilet paper roll.
Add the wings to the peacock.
Now you can add the feet.
Cut 3 thin strips of the light blue paper and 3 small circles of the dark blue paper.
Glue the circles to the top of the stripes and then glue it on the top of the head.
