What would Santa do without his reindeer? Quickly let’s make a few reindeer paper plate crafts – Rudolph one naturally being the most fun to make.
Paper plate crafts are awesome as they are frugal, easy to make and pretty fun.
Rudolph Reindeer Paper Plate Craft
Materials
- 1 Paper plate
- Construction paper in brown, red, black, pink and white
- Brown craft paint
- Paint brushes
- Glue stick
- Glitter Glue (optional)
- Stapler (optional)
- We stapled the antler hands on after glueing for stability.
Instructions
Paint the paper plate brown and allow to dry.
Trace your child’s hand onto the brown construction paper and cut out, leave extra length in the wrist area.
Glue the hand cut outs to the back of the paper plate to make the antlers.
Additional cut outs:
1 red circle – for the nose
2 white ovals- for the outer eyes
2 small black ovals- for the inner eyes
2 small white ovals- for inside the black part of eyes
2 brown ovals- for the ears
2 pink ovals- for the inner ears
Glue the cut outs in place according to our photo as reference.
Add glitter glue to embellish if you wish !
Allow to dry
