How to Make the Easy Hot Glue Tin Foil Ladybug Craft
What you need:
- piece of cardboard
- pencil
- hot glue gun (adult use)
- aluminum foil (tin foil)
- permanent markers (black, red, and green)
- white paint marker
Step by Step Tutorial
Sketch a ladybug on the cardstock with a pencil.
Include the body, head, legs, and spots.

Use hot glue (for adults only) to trace all pencil lines carefully.

Let it dry completely.

Lay a piece of tin foil over the cardstock and gently press.

Gently press your fingers to feel the embossed lines of the hot glue.

Fold the edges of the foil to the back of the cardstock.

Now for coloring fun: use permanent markers to fill in the ladybug.
Color the eyes (pupils), spots, and legs black.

Color the head black, too.

Use a white paint marker to color in the eyes.

Color the body bright red.

Then, color the background green to make the ladybug pop.

All done! Step back and admire the shiny, textured ladybug!
