How to Make This Simple Doily Sheep Craft
Materials needed
- paper doilies
- sheet of black paper
- googly eyes (I really like these oval ones)
- glue and scissors
How to make it
Prepare a doily.
Cut a round or oval shape for the head of the doily sheep and glue it on the doily.
Cut two oval shapes for the ears and stick them on the head.
Add googly eyes (or googly eye stickers or similar.) You can also have the kids draw the mouth and nose with markers.
Glue the legs on the back side of the doily.
Cute isn’t it? But there are so many more cool things you can do with doilies so be sure to check all the cool ideas listed at the end of the post.
More Doily Sheep Ideas
Use doily sheep for art project. Have the kids also make the backgrounds for the sheep.
You can also use more than one doily and layer them (different sizes work great) to make the sheep look even fluffier.
No googly eyes, no problem! Cut out circles from paper and draw dots with black marker.
Doily sheep are great to use if you are making a student made bulletin board for Easter.
So simple and so cute.
