All you need are cupcake liners (which can be swapped by paper circles) and paper. googly eyes, glue, and crayons.

How to Make the Simple Cupcake Liner Jellyfish Art
What you need:
- cupcake liners in various colors
- construction paper (blue or black are great choices)
- glue
- googly eyes
- crayons or chalk
Step by Step Tutorial
There are many colors of construction paper you can choose as a background for this art (white works well too). We think blue is a great choice as this is the color that is usually used for water.
Let kids pick a couple of cupcake liners – they can all be the same color or in various colors.
Have kids fold each cupcake liner in half and apply a small amount of glue on the inside of the fold to keep things in place.
Then, have them glue the folded cupcake liners onto the blue paper with the folds at the bottom. There should be enough space between the cupcakes to draw the tentacles.
Add the eyes – googly eyes or googly eye stickers are perfect.
Gluw the eyes onto each jellyfish.
Now draw wavy lines starting from the bottom of the folded cupcakes. For brighter papers crayons work really well, but if you are working with darker papers (like black) we recommend chalk pastels (or gel pens).
