We’ve shared a bunch of heart shape animal crafts already and we are excited to add another bee to the collection. This one is simply beeautiful!
Just look how the hearts make the bee body pattern.
You can make this as a decorative craft or you can use it as a V-day card.
You will make this project in no time, we promise – it is not a demanding one.
How to Make Valentine Bee Craft
What you need:
- scissors
- black cardstock
- yellow cardstock
- googly eyes
- blue color paper
- glue
- pencil
- black liner
Let’s craft!
Step by Step Instructions
Draw one heart shape on the black cardstock.
Cut the heart shape out.
Draw a smaller heart shape on the yellow cardstock.
Cut the heart shape out.
Draw a third smaller heart shape on the black cardstock.
Cut the heart shape out.
And finally, draw the fourth (smallest) heart shape on the yellow cardstock.
Cut this heart shape out.
Apply some glue and attach the heart shapes on top of each other as shown in the picture.
Draw a bee head.
Cut the bee head out and attach it to the heart’s body.
Draw two wings. Use the blue color paper.
Cut out the wings and glue them on the back of the hearts.
Attach the googly eyes on the head.
Draw a heart-shaped bee mouth using the black liner.
Cut out two thin strips. Use black cardstock.
Draw and cut out two small yellow heart shapes.
Glue each of these heart shapes on the top of each black stripe.
Glue the stripes on the back of the bee’s head.
All done!
Our bee is ready to fly now!
