What you need:
- Christmas patterned cardboard
- Red paper, scissors
- Glue stick

You are going to start by cutting out the star template. You are then going to draw around the star onto the Christmas pattern.
Go ahead and cut out the star like you see in the picture. This is something the kids can do themselves or you can help them with it.
Cut long thin strips of the red paper. As you can see, this is an easy task.
