How to Make Halloween Toilet Paper Roll Crafts

You will need:

  • Toilet paper rolls
  • Green, black, and white craft paint
  • Googly eyes
  • Black beads
  • White gauze bandage
  • Craft glue
  • Black marker

Step by Step Instructions

The first thing you want to do is put on the base layer for each roll and let that dry. We painted the inside of our mummy black, frankenstein green, and of course white for the ghost.

Allow your paint to dry completely, while you are waiting you can paint another batch!

Once the paint is dry you can begin adding all the fun details.

Ghost- Just like with the mummy we are going to glue eyes in place, then all you need is to draw on a moaning mouth with a black marker.

Mummy- Glue googly eyes on your painted roll about ¾” of the way up and wrap in white gauze, be sure to let his eyes peek out a bit! Glue each of the ends down securely.

Frankenstein- Frankenstein was a lot of fun to create, we glued small beads to his “neck” but if you don’t have any on hand you can use black buttons, or small pieces of black pipe cleaners.

Glue on some eyes and draw in that famous Frank hair with your black marker, don’t forget to give him a mouth.

What other monsters can you create with your toilet paper rolls?

You can keep right on making them until you have enough to throw a monster mash!
