How to make a Butterfly Windsock Toilet Paper Roll Craft
What you need:
- paper roll (construction paper roll, toilet paper roll, kitchen paper towel rolls)
- green paint
- tissue paper in spring colors
- construction paper in various colors
- single hole puncher
- yarn for hanging
- black marker
Step by Step Instructions
Start by painting your paper roll with green paint.
Let the paint dry before you continue.
With a single hole puncher, punch two holes one across the other on one side of the paper roll.
String yarn through both holes…
Tie the string together .
Cut long strips of tissue paper and glue them inside the toilet paper roll.
Pick a color of construction paper for the butterfly wings.
Fold the paper in half and cut the wings out (make a number 3).
Cut the butterfly body out of different color.
Stick the body on the wings.
Draw a face.
Decorate the wings.
And stick on the toilet paper roll.
