How to Edit and Use Your Fillable PDF Certificates
Using these certificates truly is easy peasy! You don’t need to download any complicated font files or photo editing software.
- Open the PDF: Open the document directly in your favorite internet browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari all work perfectly) or any basic PDF reader.
- Type the Details: Click on the text fields to type the award title (e.g., “Telling Jokes” or “Honesty”), the child’s name, your signature, and the date.
- Choose Your Pages: Pick the colors and fonts that best fit your students.
- Print! Print your finished certificates out on standard paper, or use bright white cardstock for an extra durable, keepsake feel.
Tip: You can also send these to your students as digital certificates. Do all the steps as above, click print and find the drop down menu for choosing the printer. There you will see a “Print as PDF” (or something similar) option. Hit that and your award certificate will save as a hany PDF file you can give to your students.
Easy Printing Tips:
- Save Ink: Don’t print the whole 16-page file! In your printer settings, under “Pages” or “Page Range,” simply type the specific page numbers you actually filled out (like “3” or “11”).
- Go Full Color: Make sure your printer output is set to color to see those gorgeous pinks, blues, purples, and greens pop!
