Hi, I'm Andreja from Easy Peasy and Fun — and I just wrote a book!
50 paper crafts your kids can actually do themselves
I designed every project so kids can do it themselves — no fancy supplies, just paper, scissors, and a little imagination.
“If you need easy crafts to keep busy, Andreja delivers with this book!”
📚 As an indie author, your pre-order genuinely helps me — it counts toward first-week sales, which is how new books get noticed. Thank you!
Cardboard Valentines Day Hearts Craft
Materials
- cardboard (we were lucky to got a red box, if you’ve got a regular one you’ll also need red color)
- Fun Chalk Markers (I was given these to try out and they are awesome)
- scissors or craft knife
- skewers
- heart stencil (I used a cookie cutter)
If you’ve got regular cardboard color it red and let it dry completely.
Draw hearts on the cardboard. You can either first color them or first cut them out with a craft knife or with scissors (depending on who’s doing the project).
Either way you go about it start drawing cool doodles on the hearts with chalk markers as colors are really intense and stand out – you can go with any color really but I think the red and white combo looks awesome. You can write a love note, patterns, dots you name it.
Pierce the hearts with skewers and you have a lovely bouquet of hearts, just in time for Valentine’s day.
