I am a huge fan of caramel, it can almost compete with chocolate, and as these caramel turtle cookies have a little bit of both they are a win-win cookies.
These delicious cookies are great any time of the year, easy to make and super delicious.

Preheat the oven to 350°
Combine the cake mix, water and butter into a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer.
Add the beaten eggs and continue mixing until smooth.
Hand fold in the flour , mixing until the batter thickens. Dough will be slightly sticky, but should still be
able to be rolled.
Coat your hands with flour, roll into a ball, push a caramel inside and cover, roll in hands to form a ball.
Roll each ball into the crushed pecans and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are set. Best served warm.
Don’t they just look scrumptious? And the caramel is so soft and oozy while they are still warm. Yum!
