Vegetables Coloring Pages – Free Printable

While veggies are notorious for not being kids favorite meal I just know they will love these free printable vegetables coloring pages. Although truth be told most kids do like veggies, well at least some of them!

We are fans of coloring pages here as if kids like to color (not all do!) these babies are super calming!

You can use these as a way to keep the kids busy for a while and let them go crazy with colors – I mean why should eggplant be purple? Maybe it’s an eggplant from outer space! You can also use them as a part of garden unit.

This pack has 11 pages and it includes what we look at as vegetables from culinary cook-point. Some of these are actually fruits so if you will be using these to teach vegetables you might want to remove a few or not, or yes… This is soooo confusing! So we have;

Veggies

  • lettuce
  • onion
  • potato
  • carrot
  • broccoli

Fruits (technically – by botanical standards)

  • eggplant
  • corn
  • pepper
  • tomato (although once declared by court that it’s a vegetable ha!)

Something completely different

  • mushroom (not even a plant)

There’s also a page with most of the veggies (and apparently fruits and other things) one one page!

Hope you learned something new here too (I admit I was clueless about corn – thought it was vegetable hands down – before making these but I checked it before posting just to be sure – you really do learn something new every day).

But enough small talk!

  1. Muito criativo e rico seu trabalho, aproveitei algumas idéias para trabalhar com meus alunos do jardim I, principalmente os números. Obrigada.!
