How to Make Gummy Candy – Grape Gummies

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Grape Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons unflavored Gelatin
  • small cookie cutters or vegetable cutters (optional)

Making grape Gummies

Pour 2 cups of grape juice into a small saucepan on the stove top and heat until the juice begins to simmer slightly, turn the heat off.

While whisking the juice add in the gelatin, whisk constantly to avoid the gelatin from lumping.

Once you have added all the gelatin, pour in the remaining grape juice, continue whisking for a while.

Line a jelly roll or a similar pan with sides with a piece of parchment paper. Pour in the mixture and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for it to cool and the gelatin do it’s magic.

Take the pan out. You can simply score into squares or cut into fun shapes with small cookie cutters (cookie cutters are preffered as you then have a legit excuse to eat all the “leftover” gummies).

There you go, super easy! I bet the kids would love to take part in making these too.
